A program is a project or product within your organization. All engineering data — nodes, requirements, artifacts, and annotations — belongs to a program.

Creating a program

Create a new program from the sidebar or from the Admin Center. Each program has:
  • Name — The project or product name
  • Description — Optional context about what the program covers

Program settings

From the program’s Settings page, you can:
  • Update the program name and description
  • View and manage program members
  • Configure integrations specific to this program

Program access

Members can access a program when:
  • They’re directly added as a program member
  • They belong to a permission group that has access to the program
Admins can control program access from the Admin Center by assigning permission groups to programs. See Members and roles for details.

Switching programs

Use the sidebar dropdown to switch between programs you have access to. Each program has its own system architecture, requirements, documents, and settings.
