An organization is the top-level container in Tandem. It represents your company or team and holds all your programs and members.

Organization settings

From Settings, you can:
  • Update your organization name
  • Upload a logo
  • Configure organization-wide preferences

Managing members

Invite team members by email from the Admin Center. Each member gets one of two roles:
RolePermissions
AdminFull access — manage members, groups, programs, and settings
MemberAccess to assigned programs, can create and edit data

Admin Center

The Admin Center gives admins a centralized view of:
  • Members — See all org members, change roles, remove members
  • Groups — Create permission groups and assign members (see Members and roles)
  • Audit log — View a history of actions taken across the organization

Creating an organization

During onboarding, you create your first organization automatically. To join an existing organization, you need an invite link or code from an admin.
